Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

With our shipping protection, you can ensure that your package is insured. It will be automatically added to your cart. If you choose not to get coverage for your order, we are not responsible for shipping mishaps. Shipping protection covers stolen and missing packages during transit/shipping, items damaged during transit/shipping, and packages marked delivered but not received.
Shipping protection starts once the package is shipped and ends when the package is in your hands. Please remember that shipping protection doesn't start when a shipping label is created; it begins when the shipping carrier scans it.
Please note that the shipping protection for your package will end under the following circumstances:
- Your package has been safely delivered to your intended destination without any damage.
- In case your package does not reach its final destination, you can request a service that will be approved or denied after reviewing your request.
In the case of damaged items, protection ONLY covers any damage that occurred during shipment. Please note that any damage that occurs after delivery is not covered by the shipping protection policy.
Returns

Include your order number and let us know if you would like a return or exchange.
You will be guided to send your return back in a shipping box to:
- 585 B VETERANS RD W, STATEN ISLAND, NY 10309.
Your tracking number will need to be sent through email for it to be tracked. You can insure it's returned to us by adding signature confirmation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Given the amount of purchases and transactions we are unable to do exchanges. If you need to exchange an item kindly return the original item that you purchased for a refund and simply buy the item as a new purchase in the correct size.
In-Store Pick-ups Any order placed online with "In Store Pick-Up" gives the customer 7 days to pick up their order. After the 7th day, we are no longer responsible unless given prior notice. All items that are not picked are subject to a 15% restocking fee with the remaining balance being refunded to the card used to purchase the order.
Please be aware that our online return policy differs from that of our retail stores. (You may exchange items purchased from our website at any of our retail stores, however if you would like a refund you must purchase the product online and follow the steps for a return).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
